Chocolate Brownies frosted with Chocolate Ganache, topped with Chopped Walnuts. I guess I inherited my habit of tinkering with recipes from my dad, who did the same thing in his bakeries. I was looking for a way to jazz up our brownies and one day I got the idea to frost them with chocolate ganache. It's an unorthodox match, but I think Dad would have been proud of the result: a simple walnut brownie topped with one of the pastry world's most elegant frostings. - Bruce
